Our vast collection of built-in and freestanding baths offer an option to suit all styles and sizes of bathroom. We offer a 25 year guarantee on our Reinforced baths and a lifetime guarantee on our PREMIERCAST baths so you can be assured of their high quality. Reinforced A premium bath. Built with under rim timber frame, sprayed fibreglass & resin and fully encapsulated base board. All reinforced baths are constructed by both hand and Automated processes, for efficiency and speed. The first process is to form the bath from high quality 5mm acrylic, we then add a full timber supporting frame to both the base of the bath and the underside of the rim. This creates a strong base so we can then apply a Fiberglass sprayed layer, encapsulating the timber frame creating a durable and strong bath. Finally the bath is coated with a mix of resin and grey paint, which provides a smooth and strong final bonded surface.
